If you walk into a skateshop and look on the shoe wall today you're gonna see a ton of influences from skateboarding shoes' past staring back at you. On the sad end of the spectrum you're gonna be bombarded by a whole bunch of cheaply done, direct knockoffs of some classics - Half Cabs not made by Vans, Dunks not made by Nike SB, and so on - and on the happy end of the spectrum you're gonna come across well designed kicks like this Fallen Tommy Sandoval pro model that effectively makes use of some tried and true skate shoe staples. I'm tired of "shoe designers" who will just send another companies model to a factory in China and say "Make it like this, only with our logos on it. And maybe use some different lace loops." so it's nice to see something like this that effectively pulls from a number of influences without walking the line of being a knockoff.
Oh, and in case you didn't notice, it comes in a fucking weed colorway!
